Marco Guzzi, better known as Marco del Rey, is a tattoo…

Marco Guzzi, better known as Marco del Rey, is a tattoo artist born and raised in Mantua, Italy. His style grew from the meeting point between tattooing and the world of anime and manga, shaped in part by his mother, an artist herself, and by the manga that filled much of his childhood. What stands out when listening to Marco is how naturally he talks about his work. There are no big theories or polished ideas about tattooing: just a straightforward account of how he found his way into the craft, told with a lightness and sense of humor that come through in his words. His love for art started early, but tattooing came later and gradually. That same curiosity still drives him today. He doesn’t see his style as something finished, but as something he is constantly testing and refining. For Marco, the goal is simple: keep learning, keep experimenting, put passion into what he does, enjoy life, and never stop laughing. Let’s step into the manga-inspired world of Marco del Rey.
