Kava ceremony with Samoan family

Kava ceremony with Samoan family. Kava, or ʻava in Samoan, is a traditional drink made from the root of the Piper methysticum plant. In Samoan culture, the kava ceremony is an important part of welcoming, respect and community. I had the opportunity to participate in the preparation and mixing of the kava for all of these amazing people 🙏 Thank you guys for your message of Unity and Love and thank you for sharing this tradition with us Fa’afetai. 🌺 If you’d like, swipe to the left and watch a short part of the ceremony in the video. 🙏🦋 @luganotattooroyale @mikivialetto 🙏🙏🙏 * * * * @ladiesoftattooingworldwide @tribalttts @diego_dayala @marcowallacetattoo @silvia_palmipedone @colindaletattoo @bungaterung @tribaltataucollective @tattoolifemagazine @tattoolovemagazine @tattoolovemagazine @tattookulturemagazine @joharrison_tattoo @t.estrada.tattoo @
