Will a tattooist go over freckles?

hi I was wondering, will a tattooist do a tattoo over small dark freckles NOT MOLES but medium/dark colored freckles? I no its dangerous to go over moles but I have some small dark freckles which arent moles which I'd like to cover up when I get my tattoo and I was wondering if tattooists will go over them or avoid them like they avoid moles? thanks

Freckles can be tattooed ...not moles
