White and Black Ink Tat

I'm new to the forum but this seems cool. I want a tattoo on my wrist of a plumeria. I have an idea of having the black outline with a white ink design in the middle. Does anyone know how that would turn out or if it doesn't show once it heals is it something I could cover up with color? Thanks for you input!

I have a red, white and blue tattoo.. the stars were white ofcourse.. the white faded ASAP..
