Which way for wrist tattoo

Hi. I'd like to get a tattoo on my inner wrist of a dragon going length ways. My only problem is I'm not sure which way I should have it. Head near my palm so when I turn my arm up I see it the right way, or have it with it's bottom tail near my palm so that when my arm is down it is showing the right way. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Cheers Mel
