I got a tattoo about a week ago , 3 days later it scabbed and flaked off and i though it was fine. Now it looks lumpy in certain places. It's not hot to the touch, there's no pussing coming out of it, but it does feel tender where the bumps are. And their only on one part of my tattoo, which is on my wrist. Does anybody have any ideas?
