tattoos dc area

Hi. I've been trying to decide what my next tattoo should be for 15 years, and I've finally decided on a design incorportaing some sanskrit writing with a picture of a lotus. Now I'm looking for someone in the DC or maybe NYC area that's talented at that sort of thing. any ideas? Thanks! Tracey

Hi Tracy. I'm also looking for a tattoo artist in DC to do an Indian-inspired tattoo for me. I want to get a word in sanskrit or gujarati tattooed. But I want to get the right person to do it. If you hear of anything, I would love to har about it and if I hear anything, I'll let you know too.

hey, i live 30 south of DC (2.5 hour drive) and have been traveling to Blue Horseshoe at Va Beach for my tattoo, artist Gabriel Cece--see his work here on tattoonow...how i found him :) on a side note...i do wish there was a way to search artist lists here by state or location...good luck

I haven't checked back here in a while- so just saw these posts. Thanks to all who responded. I'm going to try Susan at Jinx this week and will report back on how it goes. Tracey
