Tattoo Goo

Hi guys, have stumbled accross this site and wondered if you could possibly help. Have just had my second tattoo on my stomach, just to the right of my belly button. its quite a large piece with a few different colours in it. Its pretty swollen which i know is normal from last time but im pretty wary of what to use as an aftercare cream! I dont know if you guys in the US have ever heard of Savlon but i used this last time and it seems to draw the colour out of my tat. Someone has recommended Tattoo Goo which as i have found is very hard to get hold of over here. Ive found some on good old ebay but just wondered if it was worth buying? Its been said that it brings out the best colour too? is this true? Any advice would be appreciated! Cheers J
