I want to get a tattoo of a flower on my right big toe. The flower would be about 1" Verticle and 1/2" horizontal. How much do you think it would cost.

that all is going to depend on who is doing the tattoo, if they have to draw it, etc. You'll have to talk to your artist
Yep, everyone's prices are different. Your best bet is to find an artist who's style you like, and ask them.
