Does anyone know of a good tattoo artist that will do a white tattoo? I live in Milwaukee and have called a few places but have become frustrated with the "No, why would you want that? We don't do that" response. I'm very fair-skinned and stay so year-round and I would really like to find a reputable artist. If anyone know of an artist that can do that within the Wisconsin/Minnesota/Illinios area, PLEASE let me know! Thanks :)
