Tattoo artists in Connecticut

Hey everybody. I'm looking for a safe, non-shady, expereinced tattoo parlor/artist in the CT area for my little bro. So basically, in Connecticut, where would you send your younger sibling to get tattooed?

Yeah, if you're gonna stay in Ct, you have a plethera of shops to choose from, thats for sure- Hope Gallery in New Haven and Transcend in Brandford are good Starters, Body Graphics in South Windsor, the list goes on and on, Michelle Mazza is fantastic too, and thats just the tip of the iceberg
