I was wondering if anyone has seen or heard of a tattoo being put on the bottom of the big toe? If so, does anyone know how log it last if it does last?
Thanks a mil!
Tatto on the bottom of a toe

I'm a collector, not an artist, but I have tats which extend close to the soles of my feet, and within a month, those areas begin to dissolve, even after being touched up. A tattoo on the bottom of the foot will surely work its' way out eventually, and what's left will probably be spotty.
Like the palms of your hands, this is a high wear area, and the skin is designed to regenerate at an accelerated rate in relation to skin elsewhere on the body, constantly bringing foreign materials to the surface to be removed.
Probably a complete waste of time and money, not to mention the most sensitive nerves in your body are located in the soles of your feet...........................So Good Luck!

OUCH!!
ya You bet its gonna freakin hurt, and TCE is correct anything put on the bottom of the foot will wear, i got the bottoms of both feet done about 20 yrs ago, on one foot the work is completely gone, on the other, it is very spotty, and you can barely make out what it is. but hey dont let that discourage you, go for it, if you dont mind it being temporary

Mortis,
Just out of curiousity, is there even a fragment of ink left in the one, or is it completely gone? I'm trying to determine if it's worth trying to maintain the lines on the sides of my feet. It's kinda fucked, because it's an integral part of the design, but a gradual fade wouldn't be that bad either.
Thanks
