Looking for experienced tattoo artists and 1 female piercer to work full/part time for newly opening shop in Ann Arbor Michigan, 1 block from Univ of Michigan Campus. Inkslingers Tattoos is the biggest tattoo company in the State of Michigan, with 6 locations in the Metro Detroit area, and has been in business for 20 years.We are interested ONLY in EXPERIENCED TALENTED Artists with excellent work ethics and reliability. Anyone even considering going to work for Inkslinger, Inc should be advised to check out their reputation and background. You might also ask to see their website to check out samples of the work they do. You might also ask why they used to have 9 locations in the Metro-Detroit area they are down to 6. Beware, Doc

Well I applied about five years ago and was told by the owner that I should be proud that he offered me 15% to start and the only thing he supplied was the autoclave ( of course being that I only had ten years expieriecne with resume and full portfolio ,...well,I dunno ) so I hope your commission is better now than before. and to anyone trying for the position"ALL THE BEST OF LUCK!!!"

I worked at inkslingers on and off for awhile and I've been tattooing now for 7 years and I apprenticed underneath Mel. And they always treated me alright. And they have a huge amount of customers, it's better then sitting in a shop not making any money because there is customers, and the always gave me good pay.
