Start up costs for shop???

Ok so i am looking for any shop owners out there who might be able to help me find a ballpark figure of startup costs to open a shop. Obviously a lot is going to depend on location, taxes, liscenses, insurance etc... But this is something i have been thinking about for a while and i am not 100% sure where to start. I am only 23 but have been tattooing for 5 years now and am tired of throwing away a huge chunk my earnings to the shop i am at. after this summer i should have a decen bankroll to work with as well as a partnet and 2 artists to bring with me. any advice?

Uneeq....first off where do you now work and are you licensed?...Where can we see some work?

I'm at Unique Arts Studio located in Lake George, NY- Our new website is under construction at the moment but i can email work by request or if it is possible to post into a gallery on here i can do so. Like i said i started at 18 and work in a resort town. We do crazy business in the summer but in the winter it is lifeless. We have another shop in glens Falls, NY and are building in South Falls as well. I want to start up out of this area though.
