Spring Tension Guage

I have been looking desperately for a spring tension guage for my tattoo machines, but I haven't been able to find one that is specialized for tattooing, or is it even a specialized thing? Any information or a point in the direction of where I can purchase one would be moooooore helpful than you could imagine! Thanks so much -B
