Sleeve background suggestion

Hey all, I've got 8 small to mid size tattoos scattered around my left arm. I want to do like a sunset or sunrise background to finish the sleeve. I'm thinking a body of water down by my wrist, fade up red to yellow, sun in the middle of my arm, then fade yellow to black up to my shoulder. Any suggestions on how to make this even better?

What do you have on your arm already? Adding something in with the sunrise/sunset to make it a more cohesive design is never a bad idea. Don't know what you've got so far, but it there is some sort of graphical element that will help pull it all together, that's probably your best bet.
