New Wrist Tattoo

I just got my first tattoo about a week ago on my inner wrist. It is pretty small and seems to be healing okay, but in a few spots it looks like the ink is already starting to fade. It's not shaded in, it's just an outline. I have followed the care instructions and have been very careful. Am I doing something wrong or do I just need to have it touched up once it has completely healed?

Because of the constant movement of the skin on the inside of the wrist healing can be difficult, just wait til its healed thenn take it to your artist for a touch up.
