New Tattoo Studio, Seeking Experienced Artist

Seeking experienced Tattoo artist for new studio in NC. Must have 10 years+ experience. This is a partnership deal. Start: 30% of the business After 1 year 40% 2 years 50% I was recently engaged in a partnership deal with another artist. Last minute pull out, due to Family issues. Have 1500 square feet of studio space in prime location. Will assist in re-location if necessary. Will pay 3 months rent and all deposits on rental. If you have shop equipment, depending on what you bring to the table, I may pay all re-location expenses. Studio is currently under renovations, ceramic tiles and hardwood floors, paint etc. Really need experienced, self motivated, business minded person. Seeking to create up-scale studio.
