new tattoo, raised ink in some spots?

So I got my first tattoo 2 weeks ago, a fairly large flower-piece, that has raised ink in the pink spots ( the vines have some 'shadowing' of pink, well small lines outlining it in some spots rather..hard to explain) i read in a few palces that red ink ( and colors that have red in them) sometimes are raised ebcause of skin sensitivity. the rest of the tat is ok, flat on the surface. has anyone ever had the same problem that went away on it own? i'm also done peeling, and am still itching-realized that there were some teeny tiny bumps around the tattoo. i wouldn't mix them up with pimples, theyre not. just small,raised bumps that itch..i'm just using some lubriderm a few times a day to keep it soft. any opinions?
