New Freedom-2 Ink

I'm looking into getting a tattoo for the first time and I've found some things online about this new "Freedom-2" ink that's being developed. I was wondering if anyone knew of a place in/around the Baltimore, MD area that was using it. Thanks.

This pigment is still in the development stage and is only available as far as I know in very limited areas. It is still considered experimental. I'd wait.

I believe it will be out on July 4, 2007.
