Need help with designing a Tattoo

Hello. first I will tell you a bit about my brother. My Brother has Cerebal Palsy, and hes one of the most inspirational people in my life. Hes amazing, in everyway. He's my brother and my best friend. He cant talk, nor hear. but still he has a way of showing his very special personality. This is my first tattoo, and i want it to be special. For him type thing. I'm really stuck for ideas. If someone could give me a idea or one that is already designed. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

what if you got a tattoo of something that kind if unifies the two of you? like if you both had a special "moment" at one point that just really sticks out for you, you could get a tattoo of something that represents/has to do with that time
