Need help designing a tat

My boyfriend is in the Army, he's an ABRAMS Tank Systems Maintainer and I want my next tattoo to have to do something with him and the Army. He leaves for Basic on June 11 and then he will most likely be sent to Iraq after that. I was thinking maybe I'd just do a tank but that's not creative at all. And then I thought I'd just get the Army symbol but that's pretty detailed. Another idea I had was to get his ID tags done around my neck. There's just too many possibilities and I'm just a tad bit picky as well. I draw all my own stuff, I'm just having a bit of trouble with deciding what to do. SO...if anyone wants to give me some thoughts or ideas i'd be really grateful. He's also Irish, so I suppose I could throw some clovers or shamrocks in there...iono. --- Just another artist havin some creativity block ><

maybe you could do a mix between the army logo and his tags like the army design with the tags wrapped around. although it could be very hard to do depending how detailed u meant just an idea

I think I will do something with his Tags, but I don't know if I will do them wrapped around the logo, I was just looking at it and I didn't like how it looked. My other prob with this tat is placement...I haven't chosen where I want it yet =/ Thanks fer yer input Tom =)
