Man's Ruin half sleave / elbow work

I want to find an artist that is really good with adding new skool to tradition ink. I don't want it to be obnoxiously new skool... Just a little extra flavor. If anyone knows of an artist that would great for this tattoo I'd appreciate a point in the right direction. I know of a few artists here in the state that I like but I want to be sure that I find the perfect artist for it. Travel / money = no object providing I plan right
