Funny I was on a plane back from Alaska and the guy next to me had twin circle hooks on the inside of his wrists on both arms. Needless to say he was a fisherman. He ran charter boats out of Washington and Alaska. His tatts were in the 69 or Pisces configuration the hooks laced through the skin. I was impressed because the looked like chrome. He had different initials under each one.
