Looking for stubbed angel wings

I'm looking for some angel wings that have been cut off. So it'd be like the stub of the wings or the stub plus the wing hacked away, as if its about to completely fall off. Any ideas/suggestions?

hmm. i'm not sure if any photos exist of this... but the description reminds of two different movie scenes (maybe you can google?) the first being Dogma where Ben Affleck has his wings basically shot to smithereens leaving bloody, slightly feathery stumps on his back... the other, more recent, being X-men 3, where in the beginning you see a young mutant hacking off his wings so that his father doesn't see... of course he's caught -- and you see again, bloody stumps with a small bit of feather. this seems like a pretty interesting tattoo... can i be nosey and ask where the inspiration's coming from?

My advice would be to find a good custom tattoo artist in your area (or close to) and have them draw something up. That's what they are there for! And that way, you can collaborate and end up with a supa dupa awesome tattoo that you will love! I have to agree with bee and also inquire about your design idea.
