Looking for Great Tattoo Artist In North Carolina

Looking for an artist that can do japanese style dragons and tigers. What are some shops (artists) in North Carolina that do great work. I live in Albemarle, NC which is aprox 45 mins from Charlotte, 1 1/2 hrs from Greensboro, 2 + hours from Raleigh, 30 mins from Concord.
