Looking for artist in Florida or Virginia

Greetings all! While looking at various tattoo sites for ideas, I came across Aaron Della Vedova at Guru tattoo in San Diego. He has a picture in his gallery of a koi sleeve that he did that I am absolutely fascinated with. The colors and style are exactly what I'm looking for for my koi. Unfortunately, Mr. Vedova's studio is about 3000 miles from me, and he estimates that what I want would take approximately 25 hours. So unless I move to San Diego (which there is actually a very small chance of), I thought I might be better off looking for someone a little bit closer to home. I'm going to attach a pic of the sleeve that he did, in hopes that someone here can recommend an artist in either Florida (where I live), or Virginia (I'm there alot) that could do something along those lines.
