Hi Ryan
hey, so what do you think
are you sure you drew all of those pictures??? to me from just drawing all of my art seems to come out about the same meaning the quality of work is consistant. from the pictures you just posted some looks like a 10 year old drew them and the others seem like they were traced or copyed from somebodys flash and some are good, but that is just what i think "" like i said all i do is art no tattooing im not sure what you are looking for"" from my point a view if that is all your art work you have alot of work ahead of you
You get the same answer I gave you months ago....keep working and stay the fuck away from that dumb ass tribal....tribal is old news...and nearly anyone can draw it...it takes very little skill to do tribal...go to school...take art classes...go to conventions...get an apprenticeship...your work has not improved and as Chris said in the post above...if all that work is yours then you copied someone elses work...I have seen your stuff...remember?...you should ...you sent it to me...those drama faces are just shit ...they suck, you don't have a clue about art...that doesn't mean that you can't learn...I think that with your desire you WILL be a good artist someday but not if you don't start listening to people who are in the business and know what they are talking about.Quit worrying about getting another dumbass tattoo and put that energy into improving your art skills...Stop listening to your friends...they will always say that you are good...they don't want to hurt your feelings or they don't have a clue either...remember, we were young once too but ya can't rush things...do this the right way and you will be thankful that ya did!!...Now get to work pal!...Get those pencils out and show me what you can do!!...TAz
ok taz, ur the boss, i'm you mindless minion, you tell me what to do and I do it, I want to learn, and you are the one I want to learn from, so if you would teach me all you know about art, i'm willing to do anything.
Area 51, it is true. I would hold off on tattooing and get art classes, study the art of the masters, find other artists in the area you can hang out with and learn from... Get tattoos by the best artists you can get to....
You have my e-mail Ryan...use it!
There is definately room for improvement. What about taking a graphic drawing/design course? I found they show you a lot about where shading can go, perspectives, and general layout of designs. I took graphics in school and found that I now use a lot of it in my tattooing and designing.
And the more you draw, the better you'll get at it.
I think I'm glad I spent about a thousand bucks and went to a custom artist. I love my tat. There is some awful stuff out there. I have to go smooch my tat. I'll be right back. Smooch Smooch....
