Im in need of help!!

Ok, I made a stupid decision as im sure many have lol I decided to get an at home tat and now am looking for an excellent cover-up artist.. I was so unhappy with the job of this tattoo that I didn't care for it properly thus it faded but not all the way :( Well the issue is it is across my back and it says "trust no bitch" in black ink below it is a stupid heart that is supposed to be red but the red isn't all there at all it is faded the most, My black ink looks like a dark gray so I was wondering people in my area that have any recomendations to artists in the sacramento area or surrounding up to 50 miles any direction.. Money isn't the object I need a cover job that is going to make it seem nothing was ever there.. it is that bad and I need help
