Helpyyy por favor!

I appreciate anybody who takes the time to read this, hehe. Okay, this is a bunch of meaningless blah blah, but I need to figure out the name of either an artist featured in TATTOO magazine, or just a person who draws this stuff, it's so cool. I will begin my shitty, vague clues with it was probably a more recent late 2006 or January - March 2007 issue. The lady on the cover was fairly meh looking concerning attractiveness, must have been late twenties or something, with blonde hair pulled back, a blue tank top on, and I remember she had some really pinky bluch on (I know, not important). So obviously I don't know the issue either, otherwise my hours of searching for an artist whose name I cannot fathom would have ceased shortly, and with much delight. The art, it was all about a scribbly feel. There was this alien type thing on someone's leg with a huge lightbulb hanging from within the depths of the person's shorts heh, and lots of perpendicular lines with some filled in, lots of just flat black to make it look like a scene in a darkened room I suppose. There was a primitive looking dog, much like (I hate to put it in this manner, however) a 4th grader sketched it out on somebody's back. Lots more of those alien things, lots more scribbles, all that fun stuff. So anyway, I cannot for my life remember this dude's name. It was the coolest stuff... Ahh, and I do remember that it was very late in the magazine. If anybody's out there, help meh. <3
