Headache and tattoo light

Anyone experienced headache while tattooing in the wrong type of light? if so what kind of light is recomended?

Why would someone even consider to start tattooing with the wrong light! Go with with any of those Energy saver light bulbs or tubes. White, Bright as hell, and almost no heat. I made my lights out of a tripod and a portable fluorescent lamp I purchased at home depot. Same type of bulb.

We use OTT lights not too bright, just right!
