Gay? I don't think there's anything "Gay" about roses at all. I have 2 roses as part of my tat, and they look anything but "Gay" whatever that is...
If you mean feminine, roses look feminine on the ladies, and they take on quite another charicteristic on the guys. You can check mine out at myspace.com/father ofroses and see if you think it looks "Gay".
But "Gay" shouldn't really be used as a description anyway...
