Counterhelp. M or F which works best?

im about to hire counterhelp as were so freaking busy. Im just curious a what works best. Male or female. ? whats the verdict?

i think thats rather sexist. put a guy in a bikini and make him dance for your customers that might let you know whos there for the art.

Whoever is the most qualified and knowledgeable are ideal candidates, Male or Female, HOWEVER, I've noticed through the years that many times female clients feel more comfortable talking with a female counterperson.

Its all about the person, period.
