confused on my new tattoo

I got me very first tattoo in canada on my lower back its been a full week since i got it but it looks like something is wrong the crust came off and my tattoo looks pink with brown but it should really be a very bright red i dont know if im doing something wrong or if its all part of the process i use bacitracin but i dont know how long im suppose to use it for i just recently stopped and begin to use coco butter after i wash it my tattoo looks very dull and colorless being my first tattoo i am very scared that my tattoo is ruined and i have to live with it please help me and give any adivce that could be useful i really like my tattoo my colors are black, red, and green and they all look very dull does it take time for color tattoos to get their bright radiant colors?

It's really hard to say, w/out seeing it, 1st why did you go to Canada are you under age? Bacitracin isnt what I useually recomend, but also a week isn't really long enough to tell, it's still healling, try to give it a little more time and e-mail me a pic.
