Body Jewelry Frustration

I have two piercings for awhile now..my tongue and eyebrow (and seven ear piercings, but these aren't a problem right now) and in a week or so I'm going to get my lip pierced. I've kept, basically the same jewelry in my tongue and eyebrow for years. I keep buying different stuff, but to be honest, anything but plain surgical steel has a way of breaking on me. It looks alright, but it gets sort of boring after awhile. I really wanted to look into white gold jewelry with different and more complex designs (think filigree) with actual gems set in them (not glass or plastic). I've been searching on and off for about a week now, and all I can find in that arena is stuff for your navel, which is a bummer. I really want a sparkly for my lip, and hopefully something neat for my eyebrow. I prefer internally threaded jewelry, but if the options are limited I can deal with external. Does anyone have any leads on this kind of stuff? I really have looked everywhere and it's starting to make me a little (more) crazy.

Yeah, I don't mind it not being cheap, cheap is exactly what I want to avoid. I just think it's time that I start dressing up the piercings, I've gotten old enough that I want to wear real jewelry most of the time and I get bummed that the piercings I like so much don't fit with my earrings or somesuch. Thanks for the lead!
