who are some of the all around best tattooers in the mid west

well...i know MN has some awsome artist....check out any of the guys from Uptown Tattoos...beautiful artist they had a articul in i think inter. tattoo magazine....also Billy Baka is a great artist working in ST. Sabrina. Megan Hoggland is amazing, she has a few layouts in tattoo mags so you can check her out there.((spelling is wrong i think)) electric Dragon has great artist, Twilight Tattoos is also a award winning shop....so many great artists in MN just depends on what style you are looking for

I'm familiar with some people around the ks area, where are you looking ? Texas is jammed pack full of some decent artists. I"m sure Chicago is the same way. Depends on what type of tattoos you're wanting would be my question?
