Awesome Portrait Tattoo

I live in Michigan and want to know of an artist who can do portrait tattoos. I am getting it in honor of my son who passed away in 2003. He was only 4. It is very important that I get this done right. He was an awesome kid and my tattoo should reflect that. Thanks to anyone that can point me in the right direction.
