I covered up my ex husband's name with 1 layer of black ink over the name which was in dark black. You can kinda see it still - and we're happily remarried to each other! I want to put his name back on there somehow - would white over the black name make it light enough to see? Even if it turned out gray?

We could give you a more accurate answer if we could see it.... Honestly if you were to tattoo white into it....well, I can't imagine it turning out very good.... depends on a bunch of things.... Buehler anybody?....
