Arabic Tattoo Translation Service for American Phrase

Hello, I have been searching over the net as I would like to get a tattoo design made in Arabic (MS) for an phrase - "No Regrets". The problem is I am a little leary of the translation services as they may not exactly know what No Regrets means and/or refers to. Can anyone help?
