All The Color Came Out

A friend of mine got a tattoo about two and a half weeks ago. It's a little black outlined star with green inside and he says that all of the color came out(I haven't seen it since he got it). Does anyone know why this happened? A quick answer would be great, he's ready to run down to the place he got it and bitch them out, I'm trying to prevent that. Thanks!

Prevent it? Hell thats what he is supposed to do. Although he should ask politely. No way we can tell ya without a pic! Tell him to talk to his artist, the cause could be a million things.

It was bright green when it was finished, he's saying the ink is comming out of it. I wouldn't expect a tattoo to be as bright as it was when it completely heals but I have no tattoos so I don't know, and this is his first so he needs some kind of answer for why this is happened preferebly by someone who is more knowledgable then myself.

It takes a month to completely heal... I would take the tattoo to the Great American Tattoo Company in Kingsport TN, they are the best tattoo artists I know in your neck of the woods.
